Grade B Item Terms and Conditions
Grade B Items:
They are mail order customer returns under our no quibble returns policy, therefore they are not brand new. They are in working order but may include cosmetic marks not related to the function of the product. They have been tested prior to dispatch .
What to expect:
Used item in good condition, may have some slight cosmetic scratches or dents.
What are the imperfections:
* It may show some sign of usage, e.g. slight scratches of the surface
* The outer cardboard packaging may look a bit tatty.
Why should I buy this unit
1. Price is heavily reduced, very good value for money
2. Main function of the car such as driving and steering will work.
What if I am not happy with it
Send it back to us for a refund at your own cost within 7 day of delivery
Potential Minor functions not working (radio, music, etc.), LED lights, Remote Controls, Cosmetic scratches, small dents and such will not be accepted as faults. We will not pay for the return for these faults but we are able to refund the car for the customer if they choose, so long as it is done within 14 days of receiving the car and it is in the same condition as when it was bought.
Major functions not working (driving and/or steering), cracks, holes, missing parts and such will be accepted as faults. We will arrange to send the spare parts required to fix the problem, or pay for the return if we were responsible for said damages and will either refund, replace, or fix the car for the customer.
